Yesterday Oliasoft were present at OG21 – Forum 2019, talking about our software for well planning, and how it fits into a digital value chain for within the oil companies.
Our CEO, André Backen made a good figure presenting how better software, the right technology choices and digitalization is believed to contribute to; increased security, reduced costs and increased revenue – if a full digital value chain is put in place. This is important for the competitiveness of the Norwegian oil sector.
We believe our business fits under OG21 vision; Technologies and innovation for a competitive Norwegian petroleum industry – at a great extent. The conference addressed topics such as; How can technology make projects faster, with lower costs and reduced emissions? Questions we are asking ourselves every day.
